With numerous and varied picnic sites, Flood Park is a great place to enjoy a picnic. The park has a baseball field, softball field, tennis courts, a petanque court, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, children's playgrounds, and open lawn areas. The baseball field is available by reservation only for either practice or league play (please note, the baseball field is currently closed for renovation). The other sports areas are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. A large playground area is located in the center of the park.
The Flood Park Pump Track is a recreational track for those on bicycles, skateboards, and scooters who can ride it solely by "pumping"—generating momentum by up and down body movements—instead of pedaling or pushing. Learn more
