Junipero Serra Park Trails Reopen to Walk-in Foot Traffic, May 4
Updated Monday, May 4, 2020
On Monday, May 4, Junipero Serra Park reopened, allowing walk-in visitors to enjoy hiking, running, and walking dogs on-leash on trails. In order to promote social distancing, trails will temporarily operate in one direction only. This is to ensure that trail users can achieve 6 feet of distance between each other when passing on the narrow path. Watch for more information posted at park kiosks and trail heads.
Dog walkers must follow current county ordinance by keeping their dogs on leash and on trail. All picnic sites, playgrounds, restrooms, and the parking lot remain closed.
